And published a JA ACM module : Contact info style-5 .

Hello Pankaj, thanks for your help, i already have that option too, using a JA ACM Module, but also i would like to use the contact form wish is already in the template.

My hosting provider is godaddy, any idea in how to set it up, thanks

I have done all those instructions as you mention to the other user.

And i have been doing tests. With my personal email and my domain info@mydomain.com email.
And if i check the box "Send a copy to my self" i get the copy in my hotmail email from my info@mydomain.com email but i do not get the test email from the contact form in my "WorkSpace" in godaddy account, this is the config i have in global config in the server mail settings.
