i’m getting this error on my front page after the news load on the second rotation

It seems that your PHP configuration safe_mode is enabled and the owner of folder ja_news and modules are not the same. You could make a try to change the owner of folder ja_news to the same owner of /hermes/web09/b1168/pow.vividgravity/htdocs/gravitazion.
Or you can download the attachment, and replace file headlineloader.php in folder modules/ja_news.
oh, thanks, that work great, but now i’m puzzle, can u tell me what u did to that file?,, ,, ja news flash is doing the same, and i have the feeling that all my modules are suferring from this,,

In the old file, we use chdir before including global.php and configuration.php files. However, the chdir command does not work with your server, therefore I have to change the way to include above files. You could use a comparation tool to view the deference in both files.
