Hi all.
I just need some clarification about the terms. I want to have a series of transparent pictures take up the area of the Newsflash that shows the template pictures in the demo. And then I want to have a series of content items *advertising* the different topmenu areas of my site. I know that I need to set up a category with the *advertisements* as articles. That is fine. But, how do I change this image? I know this is a simple question, but I have looked in my server files under janewsflash, and can’t find this image to replace.
Thanks bunches!

This is the top image found in your images file look for topimg.png
make sure you keep any replacement image size to about 370 x 200
hope this helps 😉

April 24, 2008 at 10:17 pm #246738Yes, my friend, that is exactly the image to which I referred. Thanks!
But, I have looked in my ftp and can’t find this file “topimg.png” Not in the “images” folder. Not in the mod>janewsflash folder, not in media> system> images… where does it live? Need I go to the file manager in the hosting server instead of the ftp client?
Still appreciative, but just a bit confused…

April 24, 2008 at 11:32 pm #246742It should be in your directory (same place you put your logo) templates/ja_fagus/images/topimg

April 26, 2008 at 5:41 pm #246928I think this is my last question about this. *crosses fingers*
The newsflash has a specific margin from the top of the transparency, but not from the bottom. I would like to center my content vertically in the transparent box. Any ideas how to do that?
Thanks in advance!
Jenn
