I’m in need of some help with my ja-slideshow

I’m having a few problems.

1. I want to have a nice fade in-out effect but don’t know how to get that working.
2. I made a new mask for the show but it is not placed correctly.
slides are 436×265 mask is 446×275
3. When the page first loads I see all of the images (20) briefly pop up then disappear. I don’t want this

any help will be appreciated!

Well I solved the mask position problem………
I just removed the mask image……….

Now the thing I would really like to solve is the fade in fade out problem….
Any suggestions will be appreciated…..
