Hi there,

I’m trying to make my header sticky and transparent before the scrolling begins, after you scroll down the header turns blue.

The problem I am having is that when I close the off-canvas menu the header jumps from transparent back to blue if you have scrolled down the page, see video below

Please can someone help me so that when the off-canvas is closed the blue background shows when you have scrolled down the page?

Hi its the color from the code u added in custom.css file .
here u can see it > http://prntscr.com/99qsxx It applied when off-canvas is opened .

Hi @pankaj Sharma

I’m sorry, I don’t think I explained myself properly. The colour I added was so when the off-canvas is open the colour is blue so the menu text is still readable as the text is white.

When I close the off-canvas you see that the menu flashes transparent then back to the blue (see video)

What I want to do is have the menu permanently blue when you close the off-canvas so that there is no transparent flash when closed.

Hi sorry i am not able to get what exactly you needed .
Currently the menu is transparent and it comes blue when u scroll down the page .
when u open the offcanvas it becomes blue and after closing off-canvas it becomes back to transparent as it should be .

No worries. How did you guys manage to do this on JA Sugite? Just that template has the exact styling I’m after for the menu colours.

Hi Your custom work seems to be same like in Sugite template . You can check out the style using firebug in the JA sugite template and find the style used > http://prntscr.com/99tph5

Hi @pankaj Sharma

Yeah I liked JA Sugite but felt that it let me down in certain areas so decided to use Uber and re-create the style from Sugite. The only problem is the menu transparency, I’ll turn it permanently blue until I have more time to copy the style and php from the Sugite menu.
