April 24, 2012 at 9:26 am #176424Hi i would really like help with user permissions i am totally lost when it comes to this,
when a user registers for some reason in the forum it says admin, also i would like it so registered users have the same settings as public but can create posts but cant edit or delete, can some helpful person help me as i have tried tried and tried and its a problem that is never resolved. thanksSherlock FriendSherlock

You can change the permission settings for any of your user groups in the back-end, just go to the Global Configuration section, navigate to the Permissions tab there you would see a panel for the – Registered group, click on it to change it’s permission settings
