Hi, I’ve been going a little crazy for the last couple of hours trying to work out why the ‘Helps’ module no longer works, this stopped working a few days ago.

I then decided to have a look at a different site that has Smashboard and found it no longer works there.

I then tried your Smashboard demo site and it no longer works there either so – I wondered whether Firefox had updated itself and this was causing it not to work so I then tried all of the three sites I mentioned in Firefox, Chrome and Explorer and none of them work??

Does it work for anybody else on the Smashboard demo site?

I’ve just managed to replicate the same issue with the “Helps” Custom HTML module on the latest JA Smashboard Quick Start package for Joomla 3.3.3 and am reporting it to our internal team for further investigation for you. Please bear with us.

I tested our demo and quickstart package of JA Smashboard on Firefox, Google Chrome, IE11. But the “Helps” module (Custom HTML) is working fine in all.

It would be best if you send me the URL, Admin and FTP credential of your site so that I can have a look.

Hi Adam,

The issue you are facing with the “Helps” module has been escalated into a T3 bug report at http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCSMASHB-118 and will be fixed soon, hopefully next week.

I’ve got the same problem at your demo site (http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_smashboard) it isn’t working. I’m using firefox 32.0.3 please is there a solution already code is there but gray out won’t show the icons.
