I have had a couple of hiccups with it so far:

1. The formatting, "bold large font" on the about us page disappears every time I save the page.
2. I cannot change the font size on the testimonials page.

Please let me know if you have a solution for me.

The site looks good, great to see you can use builder in a smart way.
For the editor issue, we are working to improve the editor to make it easier and more flexible.
To customize font size, you can use CSS field and add CSS rules, please check the screenshot:

Can you give an example of how to edit the paragraph text on the testimonials page. I have tried but have had no success changing the font-size

Do you mean the font size for Testimonials block? Just select the text you want to edit and change the size as this screen shot: http://prntscr.com/e81r4r
