Hi there,

We have uber installed on a development site and are loving every aspect of the template thus far.

We do have a question in regards to the “Hero” module on the main page.

We have added our own Viemo video to the Hero module. The video starts automatically when viewing the website on a desktop or laptop. But when we view the site on an ios device the video does not start.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Because Vimeo doesn’t support this function, you can see it here.

Hi,

Unfortunately, it can’t be done. For various reasons (including, but not limited to data usage), Apple doesn’t allow auto-playing of videos so I’m afraid that autoplay function won’t work for both Youtube and Vimeo.
