Now, I solved it by
1. Set the layout in responsive tab on the template.
2. Add special class for remove the padding in the folder: tpls/blocks/spotlight-1.php and spotlight-2.php
3. Add <?php $this->loadBlock(‘spotlight-2’) ?> for load Spotlight-2 in the position that I want.
I hope if someone who in the trouble like me, this topic will help for solve that problem.
