    Greetings.

    JA Google Analytics for Joomla is working fine but on the front-end is not. I had tried to put the access code again and again but it’s failed.

    I need your help to check the root cause is from? Thank you.

    Hi,

    I can see that you haven’t entered the Client ID, and Client Secret, try to enter these ID and let me know the Results.

    I already tried to update it but it’s failed. Please kindly see the picture that I attached to you.
    I don’t know why JA_GA not keep the latest version that I updated despite the fact I already updated it.

    Hi.

    i had put some api key to JA Google Analytics Module
    and changed module position to : position-5

    And it’s working.

    You could try to put another api.
    And maybe it’s relate to your ip address. you should try a domain address then ?
