Hi
You can disable the JA Disqus content plugin from plugin manager to disable the comments in the article.
For font size add below code in custom.css file and change the font size as per needs
```
@media (min-width: 1199px)
{
.item-page .fs-medium .article-content {
    font-size: 18px;
}}
```

For Ja Disqus is ok , but for font resize please see the attached file to understand what I mean.
