Certain modules are not hideable from the admin section, namely parallax.

The problem is the parallax effects do not work on mobile – but we cannot hide the position on small devices. If we could hide the positions on small devices we could then enable another position and create good mobile alternatives to the content.

How can I make it so I can hide the parallax position on small devices?

Or better yet, where is the code that tells the system that these positions cannot be hidden?
