    Since the ‘mainmenu’ is used for the links at the top of the template, I would like to not show the same ‘mainmenu’ links in the menu on the right side of the page. How can i stop that menu from showing up?

    Thanks

    Edit: I just realized that I can unpublish the main menu and still have it shown in the menu bar at the top of the page.

    Alberts,

    I noticed you figured out how to hide the main menu on the side of the page. Can you explain the steps involved in hiding the main menu on the side? I unpublished the main menu items and then they didn’t show up in the top or the side.

    Explanation as to how you did this would be helpful and appreciated?

    I finally figured out HOW TO UNPUBLISH THE MAIN MENU from the side of the template and leave it at the top:
    =====================================================
    Went to the Module Manager, checked the Module Name: Main Menu
    Clicked the unpublish icon to show and X, or unpublished. And the main menu stays at the top, and disappears on the side.

    This saves space for my site.

    Seems like you answered your own question just like I did. I was surprised to see that unpublishing the ‘mainmenu’ would still show it in the top section.
