How to hide menu categories and latest news titles in the Mega Menu items:

I mean what is in blue in the image, not the titles or the articles…

Actually, I noticed they do not have an added value… and less is more…

They are modules with the titles shown in blue. Search for them in module manager and select Hide instead of Show at top right, then Save.
