I’d like disable this feature (related items) only on this category?

Hello
“You may also like” is just simple that select those articles from the same category with the current article.
It does automatically. You do not have to do any manual setting here.
Or u can disable it from site
Go to template manager >> Your default template >> General Tab >> Extended settings >> Related articles >> Set to Off .

If you want to hide it for a menu please find the suggestion given here

I check .. and it is a menu link to a single article. What if is it a single article?

please check this thread to hide the section via page class . Apply the suggestion and u can hide it for different menu .
