Hi Guys, I thought I previously read a thread that explained how to hide your site from the public while building it so that they could not see it without a password. Now i cannot find it.

Can someone tell me how to do this.

Hi Jim,

Go to site > global configuration and make your site offline. Once that is done the site frontend can be viewed only using username password, the same with which you login into admin panel..
