January 29, 2012 at 6:56 pm #173326Hi all — some more issues with module positioning in JA_Social. Any thoughts/input?
Goal: I would like to create a Category Blog view that does not display any dates.
Issue:
* I attempt to do this by editing the Category Blog article options in the menu item created for this (see attached Image3)
* when I hide the Create Date in menu item, then modules in RIGHT get displayed far below the contentExamples:
* When “Show Create Date” = SHOW, then modules displayed correctly (see Image1)
* When “Show Create Date” = HIDE, then modules displayed incorrectly (see Image2)Any thoughts or tips on how to resolve this? Any other workaround that I can show a Category Blog without dates?
URL: EDIT: removed URL
* Click “Our Contributors 1” menu to see the correct positioning (with dates)
* Click “Our Contributors 2” menu to see the incorrect positioning (no dates)
* Only difference between these menu items is the “Show Create Date” option is flipped- Blaine Friend

January 31, 2012 at 8:47 pm #436383Closing this issue (unsolved) — I will be investigating a different template as a result of these positioning issues with JA_Social.
No longer have need to find resolution or root cause.
