I would like to make the startphoto higher (i e the hands and the globe on the example). I insert a photo that is 410 x 210 px, but the whole height doesn´t show “live”.

Where do I make the change?

Yes you can do this. In template.css, go to line 112 and you should something like:

.div-leading .img-desc img {
margin-top: 5px
}

You want to change the margin-top value. You can put a 0px or a negative va.lue here to move the image up as required. -10px, -20px….whatever.
