How is the highlight module effect (right menu) achieved and the Features with photos (left menu)… Template is Drimia

For highlight module: Please use -hilite as module suffix in the module paramenters (Eg: The first one in this picture)

Features with photos (left menu): This is just content building, you can download the Joomla 1.0.x quickstart or J!1.5RC 4 quickstart, you can get the exact website like demo. Do not forget to read the tutorials for quickstart
