ok im making a new thread so you know what issues to check.
please see the demo site for hikashop.
when you click the category link there are items inside
this is the category

if you click one category, you will seel sub categories and content
https://demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikashop/categories-listing/display-in-div-div/category/19-computers
on your demo, its empty. if you click on any of the categories you’ll see best seller module and latest products module. these are modules and not the content of the category. if you disable these modules you’ll see that its empty.
so clearly, ja jason is not compatible with hikashop. Even your demo is not displaying the correct items
