    Hi antoniocerasuolo,

You should create a new menu item ( or select one of your existing menu items) and assign this article (or category this article belongs to) to that new menu item. Also make sure that you do NOT assign any modules for showing within this menu item.

And let me know if you need further help.

I tried to create a menu item named ‘saguaros’ and assign article ‘The Navigli (Waterways) (4)’ to this new menu item.

Then from the homepage when I clicked on the title of this article, it will redirect to a new individual page, you can publish this menuitem again to see it.

    Hi Saguaros,
Thanks thats interesting but its not what I was asking..

I’m not looking for a new menu item!!!

I want to keep the item in the position it is now and when i click on it I want it to open in its own window exactly as you were able to do with the menu item..

    i hope I was clear??

    Hi antoniocerasuolo,

    You could follow these steps:

    – Create a new menu in Menu Manager and call it something like Hidden Menu

    – Create a new menu items within this new Hidden menu

    – Assign that article to this new menu items

Then this new menu item is not visible in your site and the article will display in a new page instead of homepage.

Please try this and let me know what’s going on.
