September 17, 2011 at 4:53 pm #168658Hello!
I setup my JA Teline IV (J1.5) using quickstart and everything worked fine until i update JA T3 Framework(Plugin).
I did update it via JA Extension Manager from v.1.2.5 to v.1.2.9.
After that, the problems began with the push of a button HOME(on MegaMenu bar).
After pressing the HOME button I get to the dot(.)html(example, http://sitename.ru/.html) instead of http://sitename.ru/If you rollback that to v.1.2.5 everything is working fine and vice versa!!!
UPDATE 1:
Important condition for reproducing this error: I have checked up parameter in “Global Configuration->Add suffix to URL”!!!It is important to me. Maybe there is some workaround?
Thank You!Phill ModeratorPhill

September 17, 2011 at 6:17 pm #413306Simply use the older version of the plugin. It is something that is know but there are no problems with this template and the 1.2.5 version of the plugin so it is fin for you to run that.
When JA release a new version of the plugin it is tested with the current template. For them to test every older template with it would be a gargantuan task as I am sure you can appreciate.

September 17, 2011 at 6:28 pm #413316let me take a look @ this and see if I can see why… I’ll have to try to replicate it locally. sef_suffix is handled by J! router.php so I”m not certain at all what the template would have to do with this.

September 17, 2011 at 6:31 pm #413317OK. I will use your advice as a temporary solution.
I’ll try to keep track of new versions of the JA T3 Framework(Plugin) and write in this thread if the problem goes away.

September 18, 2011 at 6:32 am #413352yes please do. I took a look and i’m really puzzled cause the paramter is $sef_suffix and its not being called from what I can see within T3, so I’m having a heck of a time tracking it down. Even Netbeans is not cooperating.. I can verify its happening but not why. Course easier alternative is to not use suffix but you may not want that.
I’ll try to talk to the dev’s and figure out what in the world is going on. Your more then welcome to create a ticket with your findings and our conversation.
