You can choose Menu type as Feature article to display feature articles.
This documentation helps you to create the Homepage like showing in the template demo site.

Kindly open template > ja_healthcare – No Sidebar > Layout > scroll down and remove the Menu items from skip component if you want to show the component section on that page.

Open /css/custom.css file
add below code

@media screen and (min-width: 992px) {
  .items-leading .item-ct {
    width: 100%!important;
    padding-right: 0px;
  }
}

Also, contact your hosting provider to fix the file and folder permission of your site.

It should be 755 for folder and 644 for files so you can save changes on admin panel.
