Dear friends,

I am using Teline III for my website. However, when trying to access the site in IE-8, it does not load but posts an error. But in Firefox, it shows very well. See attached graphic of the error message. my website is http://www.comesa.int.

Hello osemollie,

I’ve tried your site on my IE8 machin and cannot replicate your problem.

Please try using the JA Extensions Manager to make sure both your template and JAT3 Plugin plus any other JA plugind or modules that are appearing on your homepage are up to the latest release.

Dear colleagues,

Any one who might have a solution to this error? My site only displays the top logo and nothing else in internet explorer. This is really frustrating since users are unable to view the pages as intended.

Will really appreciate your help.

I have tried your site on 3 different IE8 machines and 2 IE9 machines and on all your site appears fine. As such all I can assume is that the problem is local to you. Can you try on a different machine?

Thanks Phil,

The problem is not local since I ahe been receiving phone calls from my users beyond my borders who are complaining of not beeing able to access the website.

But if you look at the error message psted above, is this a problem that can be handled?
