Sometimes the hompage of my site breaks completely -please see attached screengrab
This is happening with JA Nex, but have also experienced the same problem with JA Teline IIIv2. The layout breaks if you type in the domain name only, for instance.mysite.com but it works perfectly fine if you type in mysite.com/index.php Is this a problem with the template cache, or my webhost or something else?

September 18, 2012 at 8:32 am #467368Hi Iapetus,
I think that when using instance.mysite.com, there are some css files which have not been loaded.
Could you send me your url website for further check ?

September 25, 2012 at 7:07 am #468055Hi Her0
here’s a link to the screengrab: http://www.capetowntoday.co.za/CTT-error.png
So sometimes our homepage looks fine – http://www.capetowntoday.co.za – and sometimes it looks like the screengrab. However, as soon sa you add index.php -ie http://www.capetowntoday.co.za/index.php, the page renders correctly

September 25, 2012 at 9:26 am #468078I tried to load http://www.capetowntoday.co.za interval times but could not get any error. However your site is loaded with low speed. Hence, you should enable cache, optimize css and js method for speeding it up.

September 29, 2012 at 8:06 am #468533Hi Her0
Thanks, I will do as you suggest, however if it is a low speed issue, why will the page load perfectly when you add index, php to the root domain, whereas just going to the root domain still causes the page to load incorrectly?

October 1, 2012 at 2:52 am #468621Sorry, i not sure. But may be the htaccess file caused the problem. If you want to check that, pls disable SEF, clean all cache, running website a long time and checking
