May 10, 2017 at 12:26 am #1032555I’m using EasySocial and I keep randomly getting raw html code instead of forum content whenever I click on the community homepage. I then have to re-load the page to get it to appear correctly.
It occurs in Chrome, Firefox, and IE.
I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and the site’s cache but that doesn’t seem to help.
The attached screenshot is an example of what I get.
Any idea what could be causing something like this?

May 10, 2017 at 3:20 am #1032785Thanks for trying to look into it.
The site is still randomly loading code instead of content.
The issue is not fixed. The JA Social template is definitely the problem. Switching to another template fixes the issue for the time being but it means I won’t be able to use JA Social II.

May 10, 2017 at 3:32 am #1032790Hi
I checked the site again and its showing the content fine: http://prntscr.com/f61xl7
Can u provide steps to replicate the issue?
I am not able to replicate it on your site and on a fresh package of template.
Also take backup off site and update the template to latest version. at this time the template you are using is outdated

May 10, 2017 at 3:10 pm #1032957Simply going to the website or clicking on the homepage from another page on the site should replicate the issue.
The template is not outdated. Although there is a notification saying that there is an update available, there is no update available.
Since changing templates, I’ve run into the same issue again, which makes me think this might be a problem with EasySocial itself.
I’ve requested support in their forum.
