I tried a lot of things – with/without template caching, with/without optimizing and compressing CSS and js; deactivating as many plugins as possible. But nothing really helped. I´m not really sure if it is the template or T3 framework.

Provider is professional and the same as of all my clients. JA Templates normally work fine.

Hello it seems like you have not enabled js and css compression from template options .
on your site css and js files are taking time to load .

Please apply these suggestions
