You also need to update the Template and T3 plugin, Becuase the older version of the template not work well with latest Joomla.
Kindly take backup off site and update Template and T3 plguin.

Kindly use JA Extension Manager component to update the JA Extensions and template.

Hi, I updated the template to the latest edition and there’s no change in the problem. I tried to upload the T3 framework (https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/free-templates/t3-blank/) via JOOMLART EXTENSIONS UPLOADER but failed (time out, couldn’t upload successfully). Can you help to check out the reason?

Kindly follow these instructions to update extension.
You have need to upload T3. Just configure the JAEM and update.
Also post the URL of page showing in your screenshot

Hi, thanks for your reply. the screenshot is from the homepage of the site: lmskincentre.com it happens for all three languages versions as well.
I tried to follow instruction to update T3 but it failed to upload after multiple attempts (you can see from the screenshot, uploading 1%, but failed to upload more than that). you can also see from the screenshot that there’s no version uploaded in repository. how can I fix that?

I think you still not followed the instruction, click on chek for updates and you will see new version.
At this time you are using latest version 2.6.5 already.
