Hello,
I need to export horizontal menu and put this on my helpdesk.

In this way, if a user access directly help-desk (is on a sub-domain) see also a default menu (horizontal menu of template)

Any tip?

In your subdomain site set up a new menu and make all menu items external URL links to your main site.
