Good morning or evening,

Today my hosting company wrote me a really long email.
It says that my site has some bad script and it exceeds the hosting limits.
I do not know nothing about it and it is “magic” for me so I am asking for a help.:)

Yesterday I was working a lot on a server and translating from pl-PL to nb_NO.
I was coping modules attaching them to different layout and translating contents and names, titles etc. That is it.
I’ve add two ini files to change “Our Service” translation as Pavit told me how to do it and it worked perfectly!
So thanks again Pavit!
One more thing is the custom.css which Ive created to change the footer-logo.png size and also Pavit helped me with that in other thread.
The site I’ve installed from quickinstall and all modules and translations I was doing on a Nuevo template.
The only 3rd party extension which I do have is extplorer.

+ Take a full BACKUP of your site first.

+ Clone your site to have a new test site on your sever

+ The first problem, it regards to K2 component, you can download latest K2 version and re-install it on cloned site

+ The second problem, I have not seen this problem before but you have to check /home/forchangeyh/ftp/jatc_nuevo_j3x/configuration.php file on your site and make sure both line codes look like this

I tried to delete the line 296 which is:

and 435 which is:

After deleting these lines and the code showed above – xampp don’t show any errors or warnings, but is it good for a hosting provider? For template is probably very bad 😉

The problem in your post #3 is from php config of your hosting

+ file_put_contents: you need to set user web on your site has allow permission to access /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/test/t3-assets folder (please contact your hosting provide about this) or set 777 all folder

+ imagejpeg: the gd lib of your hosting have to enable

The above error messages indicates that:

+ file_put_contents: your ‘user web’ account in hosting/server need to be granted more permission to access the folder ‘t3-assets’. Pls contact your hosting provider to check this for you.

+ imagejpeg: the gd library on your hosting is not enabled so that it causes issue, if possible, pls enable this lib or contact your hosting to enable for you.

Gd is enabled and the hosting is not blocking the t3-assets. :((

Did you contact with hosting provider about the permission to access on your site?

In time of awaiting feedback from hosting provider, you can set t3-assets folder which the permission is 777, it will help you to run with site as well.
