I checked your site and noticed you already enabled the Autoplay option for the slideshow.

I can not find the custom.css file in my template directories how can I create one? And in what directory do I leave it?

Hi
This http://www.diagnosticoclinicomolecular.cl/ site is offline.
You can apply the same settings that you applied on the supported domain.
Custom.css would be in css folder of the template, you can create it if its not present.
