Hello,
Could you please let me know how to reduce the height of the menu?

The blue background is too high for me. want to have it slim.
Please let me know which css file and where to change. I tried couple of places, nothing seemed to work.

Secondly,
I can’t figure how to get all those 3 color modules. I wish to remove the login form and use it on the blue module towards extreme right. Any help please? in the homepage

I think this is possible however you will need to not only edit the css but also the image itself. Please let us know how large/small you’d like it and we will try and assist you as best we can.

I believe you need to edit templates/ja_wistery/css/template_css.css on the following changes:

a.mainlevel {
padding: 5px 3px 7px 12px;
width: 90%;
display: block;
background: url(../images/a-mainlevel-bg.gif) no-repeat bottom left;
color: #545454;
text-decoration: none;
}

Ha Le Viet suggested the following changes:
#ja-transmenu li a { /* common styles for 1st level menu */
margin: 0;
padding: 5px 20px 5px;
in ja-transmenuh.css

Then ,
template_css.css
Find: span.ja-sitetool
change the padding: 7px 0 6px 23px;

Then in
template_css.css
find #ja-usertoolswrap.ja-toolswraphover #ja-usertools
change top to 25px

Finally, edit image sitetool-bg1.gif for better alignment

Hi;
I too would like to reduce the height of the menu items as illustrated above.
Tried decreaseing the top and bottom paddings in a.mainlevel
and spn.ja-sitetool, as well as #ja-usertools top.
Also tried by changing main-wrap-bg.gif to 1x25px (from 1×39 px size.
No success yet….obviously I haven’t understood how the height of the menu is determined!
Would you please point me in the right direction.
