Hi

Open this file /templates/ja_medicare/tpls/blocks/off-canvas.php at line 22 you can find
```
 <h2 class="t3-off-canvas-header-title">Main Menu</h2>
```
Change it as you prefer
```
 <h2 class="t3-off-canvas-header-title">Your text</h2>
```
