Change new Articles with your word .

Have the same issue:

In FTP I went to: public_html/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_teline_v.ini and there I changed ‘new articles’ to Dutch translation but didnt work. I also cleared cache and even than it didnt change.

Yes other values also defined in same files that related to template .
/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_teline_v.ini You can open and change them .

Thank you Pankaj! I only could not find how to change or translate the words default+medium+small smaller big and bigger etc in the typography section. I suppose it must be changed in another file?

Find below code

TPL_TYPO_TOOL_FONT_SIZE_DECREASE = "Smaller Font"
TPL_TYPO_TOOL_FONT_SIZE_INCREASE = "Bigger Font"
TPL_TYPO_TOOL_FONT_FAMILY_PREV   = "Previous Font Style"
TPL_TYPO_TOOL_FONT_FAMILY_NEXT   = "Next Font Style"
TPL_TYPO_TOOL_READING_MODE       = "Reading Mode"

The open the /html/layouts/joomla/content/typo_tools.php file
Find the code as in my screenshot >>> http://prntscr.com/boi8h3
change them with your words .

I already changed the text that you suggest successfully. It will appear when I hover over it with my mouse but the visible text will be the same.

Note: I missed your screenshot marked in blue text, sorry, I will look at it. It is still early here in the Netherlands 😉 Thanks for your quick reply!!
