Background image is managed by this css file templatesja_teline_vcssevent.css at line 1

.layout-events body {
background: url(../images/ev-bg.jpg) no-repeat fixed center top #0077bb
background-size: 100%;
}

So image is into templatesja_teline_vimages ev-bg.jpg
