How can I change the menu text color from Grey to white

(Im talking white BEFORE you hover)

You have to change that in the css for the color template you are using.

For example
/templates/ja_nickel/css/colors/blue.css if you are using the blue version

If you install firefox developer plugin you can view the CSS and actually edit it on the fly to see how your changes affect. It’s a great tool!

And can you tell me how to change the background colour in the menu-items second level? (submenu)? These items now have a different background colour than the items on main level.

I’ve changed it and I can change all the colours (first level background, hover in second level) but the colour in second level (non-hover) won’t change (stay red). You can see it at
