How can I change de article parameters? I want to show only the title, not the value or other information…

Easy go to the Menu where the Article is assigned and there will be a article parameter in to the right panel and there you can change the option from show/hide.

If this did not work.

Go into the individual Article page there you will find the Article display parameter in the right panel and there you can change the option from show/hide.
