Hi, I want to change the Teline IV Template into a german version.

Following question:

1. How can I change the date format with german weekdays and a time format with 24h (europe)?

2. Is there a tool to translate the teline template into german? (like codestyling localization plugin for wordpress)

3. How can I find the part of code with “Welcome to the Frontpage”?

Please kindly provide me detail information on this and give me snapshot on this to show me where you would like to change date language.

I think that you need not use any tool for translating text, you only download the language package in here http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/languages/translations-for-joomla/282?qh=YToxOntpOjA7czo2OiJnZXJtYW4iO30%3D
and install it.

Please open the file administratorlanguageen-GBen-GB.plg_system_jat3.ini and try to change other translation text of this:
<blockquote>HOME PAGE TITLE=Welcome to the Frontpage </blockquote>

And You access the home menu ‘s configuration and change other text for the Page title parameter.
