I am a member and logged in, but I can’t seem to get it. I also am in need of the documentation of the menu as well.

JA IconMenu only came bundled with Utahia and Utahia II. If you would like to use IconMenu on another template, you’ll need to subscribe to the up and coming JAEC – Extensions Club.
