How can i easily center content with a custom HTML module? Right now the only way i found is to use an article and use complex CSS to center it within the red box. But an article has this grey border around that dont look good.

I tried the custom HTML module and it starts off right at the very left of the page. Needs very complex CSS code to make it work.

Anything i can put in module suffix that will keep my content within borders of the other content?

Use align center via the editor to make it in center .
The screenshot does not seems be an custom html. could u share the site url and send details how u want to be this table ?
