I Mean, i try to edit the users , names , photos and desc., and i went to User Manager: Edit User but nothings change at the front-end.

as you can see at http://184.172.137.167/~buenosai/

help me with this, because i like this template, and wants to put in production soon as understand all points.

com_user of JOOMLA CORE does not support extra fields such as : names , photos and desc.. you can use 3rd party extension such as K2 component K2 component to add such features.

This is the screenshot of integration with K2 user feature
