February 22, 2014 at 3:24 pm #195084See these 2 articles on Test site:
http://217.199.187.59/tecsa.com/joomla2/index.php/en/industry-news/analogue-printing/911-skanem-willich-and-why-screen-printing-is-indispensable
Why does one have a popup on the image but the other does not?
FYI: Neither article uses Images and Links. Both are <p> tagged.Nazario A FriendNazario A

February 24, 2014 at 9:58 am #524073You need to add the image via the the article panel in the back-end.
I tried to add in the article “Skanem Willich and why screen printing is indispensable”. Now, it’s is working fine. You can apply the same to other article.
Let me know if this helps.

February 24, 2014 at 11:18 pm #524183I see what you did, but there are now 2 identical images. I think the image in the editor window should be deleted. However the next article in the front page slideshow,
Dantex to open dedicated European Demo Suites for Screen TruePress Jet L350UV digital label presshas a popup when viewed as a single article without adding the image to Images and Links. Having to enter info for the image twice seems very time consuming and inefficient. The first 2 articles in the frontpage slideshow were posted in the same way as the Dantex article but do not have popups, however, I’ve now added {jathumbnail off} so that the images are shown at full size, so a popup is unnecessary.
You seem to be saying that double entry of the image info is needed because images have a mind of their own 🙂
Incidentally, why is the image caption showing here on the Skanem Willich article http://217.199.187.59/tecsa.com/joomla2/index.php/en/industry-news/analogue-printing when you didn’t include it in Images and Links? Maybe it’s because you didn’t delete the original image in the editor window?
If you delete the original image in the editor window I’m hoping that the blog view image will remain aligned right (as set in JA Thumbnail plugin) and be without a caption. It’s just a test site so go ahead.

February 26, 2014 at 2:49 am #524382Your issue comes from the JS conflict. I have reported the case to Dev team, you can check status at http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAECPLGPOPUP-39.
Appreciate your patience on this.
