On Joomla 2.5 with Teline IV T3 test site I duplicated the homepage JA News Pro module and assigned it to the INDUSTRY NEWS menu. I hid the normal category blog content via the INDUSTRY NEWS menu settings and changed the module settings to default theme etc.

Result: http://217.199.187.59/tecsa.com/joomla25/index.php/en/industry-news

But I can’t get changed User Settings tool to take hold on SAVE in front end. How can I fix this? Why no “saved” message to confirm requested change(s) have been taken on board?

i think you need to hide the settings in that Module. If so Please do the following

Go to News Pro Modules -> Right tab -> profile settings -> Display Settings -> set Show User Setting Tool to No

I guess that will work 🙂 So the User Setting tools feature doesn’t work with any configuration of JA News Pro Profile / Theme?

For Every New Pro Module, you need to do as per suggested in previous post.
