What is the link to your current site that you want the footer fixed on? Normaly you would simply add position:fixed to the containing div element.

Try changing template.css line 1140 from

#ja-footer {
clear: both;
padding: 20px 0;
}

to

#ja-footer {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #000000;
bottom: 0;
clear: both;
padding: 20px 0;
position: fixed;
z-index: 1100;
}

I mean, Ilook for the module positions and I cant find it.

That depends on your status, you are supposed to leave the JA copyright notice in the footer. If you have the removal rights then you will have a PDF from JA telling you exactly how to do that.

But in advance, i dont need just remove the JA Copyright, i need to know how to insert and manage the content in the footer, creating module positions inside there.

There is an intermediate license that can remove the copyright?
Do you have any coupun discount available?

Anyway, I came back with a license, you can teach me how to insert a module position within the footer., Opposite the license?

There is a removal licence for individual templates on that page. It is $40 IIRC

You could also just create a custom html module in the position “footer”
