It would be helpful if you could provide the url of the site you’re working on,
as well as temporarily set "Optimize CSS" to "Off" within your Template Manager–General settings

We’re terribly sorry for this late response. I checked the footer position and saw it’s assigning with Join Us On module under footer position and showing in full width.

Let me know if it has been solved on your site.
