    Hi,
I have using the Edenite template which I am quite happy with. I have run into a wall. I am using the ‘RIGHT’ position. I have a two ads that i made and placed in that module one under the other and they look fine. one ad goes to external link, which was easy to configure.

With the other ad, i would like to link to an article that i do not plan to publish any other way than through this link. So, the only way to view this article is from clicking on the ad…does this make sense?

Is there a standard way to accomplish this?

I look forward to any response.

    Thanks,
    ellie

You can’t get there from here…
    Seriously though.
Create a new menu, make a new menu item linked to your article in the new menu, publish the new menu somwhere long enough to go to the page and copy the link in the address bar, go add that link to your custom module, then go back to the menu module and select no pages to show the menu on, but don’t unpublish the new menu module. That should do it.
If you are not using SEF urls, you don’t need to visit the article to get the link, it is shown in the menu item you create.
BTW there is probably an easier way to do this, so if anyone knows a better way let us know.
