    Hello all,

    I don’t have the same result than the demo site. I’ve well published a main menu module. The second menu is obtained by vm_product_catgories so it’s ok, but I don’t want to keep this one, I want to create my own.

    I hope I am understandable 🙂

    I have putted _menuhilite in the module class suffixe, but I really don’t understand why my menu is like this…

    The sublevel menu isn’t correct, and I don’t find what to do in order to fix that…

    Hello Phil,

    The menu doesn’t show up, and we can see this error now… :

    XML Parsing Error at 1:99. Error 23: EntityRef: expecting ‘;’

    Now we can see the menu again, but the css isn’t correct for the moment. Thank you for your help 🙂

    Hmm, not sure what is going on here. The menu type must be “list” for this to work but when that menu is set to that we get the error.

    I am not sure what is going on so I have raised a support ticket for you.

    Hi jamenagemonjardin,

    I Checked it carefully and have to talk to you that the problem is related to the core joomla module mod_mainmenu,there would be some problems caused the module could not generated menu items that is referring to virtuemart categories when you select “list” for Menu style.

    You can try to do a search thought the joomla forum to see if already has any solution for this issue.

    I don’t know what’s going on…All my links are dead.

    The links given by the menu created with product_categories are :

    http://www.jmj-test.com/component/virtuemart/?page=shop.browse&category_id=3

    What is /component/virtuemart/ ?!

    @Dathq : If it’s a core problem, we just have to make an update with a correct core…I don’t think everyone has the same problem of mine concerning their menus…

    Please keep me informed…I’ve posted in my ticket, i’m waiting for a response…

    Virtuemart is the shopping package installed with the template. It seems that it is not playing ball nicely in list mode with the core Joomla module mentioned above. Try the Virtuemart forums and the Joomla forums to see if this is a known problem.

    Ok, phil. Even i don’t understand why my joomla 1.5.23 doesn’t work, the problem isn’t here anymore…
