I need to make slideshow as rotate banner how can I make this. And how can I make blue background more transparent?

If I make autoplay true slider just paly as befor. My question was I need slider pale 1 slide, 2 slide, 3 slide ?? 4 and after again play 1, and not move to1 through 3 and 2,

You can find settings for owl-carousel HERE
and change slideshow behaviour as you wish
