How can I remove left Sidebar (Switch) Using Joomla 1.6 and Teline IV.

please open this file; pluginssystemjat3jat3base-themesdefaultinfo.xml
and then remove the following tags:

<file>css/switchj15.css</file>

<file>js/switchj15j16.js</file>
